Trying to do File Level Restore (FLR) but gets error that service is not running and unable to start (4037309)

Trying to do File Level Restore (FLR).  Error may show in vRanger as, "Please check whether the FLR service is Running or Not."

When checking services, you will find that the vRanger File Level Restore Service is not running and it gives an error when you try to start it manually.

This is an upgrade and there are items in the registry that reference file locations for the old install.

1. Back up the registry.
2. Locate and delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\EvmcVddInvs - We found this one had reference to where old version of vRanger used to be installed.
3. Locate and delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\UsdiService, if it exists.
4. Reboot the vRanger machine (This is important. If you don't reboot, the issue will not go away.)
5. Once back up, Unblock the installer, if applicable.
6. Run as Administrator through a repair installation.
7. If prompted reboot again.
8. When back up, confirm FLR service is running.
9. FLR should now work without issue.
