Make sure that both virtual appliances can resolve the hostnames for the Hosts and vCenter.
Temporally allow a network policy of Any between the two sites to confirm if a network configuration is required.
Resolution 2:
Increase the CPU count and memory on the vRanger virtual appliance on both the source and target VAs:
1. Ensure that there are no jobs running.
2. Open the vSphere client. | Right-click on the vRanger virtual appliance and select Power > Shutdown Guest OS.
Once the VAs are powered down, change the CPU and memory counts
3. Right-click on the vRanger virtual appliance and choose Edit Settings
4. Increase the Memory, the minimum should be 4 GB.
5. Increase the CPU, 4 should be the minimum.
6. Click OK and Power up the VA
7. Run the replication job.
