Error: Provider 'NVBUReports' failed
Cause 1 : Product defect due to not able to generate reports because of the missing information in the postgres DB. ( Please refer to resolution 1)
Cause 2 : Report job was aborted as 'JobManager' gets 'Media Manager has died (Please refe to resolution 2)
Resolution 1 : If you upgrade from Netvault Server 10, the Issue fixed in NetVault Backup 10.0.1. Download it from Support Portal.
Resolution 2 : If you upgrade to NetVault Server 10.0.5, Please follow the step below
Steps :-

1. Login to NetVault WebConsole.
2. Click on 'Change Settings'.
3. Click on 'NetVault Server'.
4. In the 'User Interface' section, click on 'Reporting'.
5. Scroll down to 'Misc' section.
6. Change value of 'Report Generation Timeout (in seconds)' to 300 from the default 120 seconds.
7. Click on 'Apply' to save the configuration change.
8. Now run the report again.
