Following the NVBU Server upgrade to NVBU 8.6.x (or above) and VaultDR Server APM 4.0.9, all Windows clients booted with VaultOS v5.6.4 cannot be browsed from the server's VaultDR APM in the Backup window.
Although all clients are added with the correct information to the VaultDR APM, and port 10000 is open, when attempting to browse the added client the following error pop up is returned:
'Failed to get disk devices list from Client'
Trace from the nvdrbrowse process on the NVBU server shows:
