The following are a list of troubleshooting steps to try to get the VA deployed, again the problem is that something is not routing properly with the network settings that were provided. One or more of the following steps may be needed depending upon the environment. The main components needed for a VA to be fully functional however are an IP, Subnet, Gateway and a DNS server.
1) Validate the IP / Subnet / Gateway that you are using. Make sure those settings apply to the network that you assigned to the NIC for the VA.
2) Validate the IP settings that you specified for the DNS fields.
3) Validate the settings in the Domain and Domain Search fields.
--- If problems persist ---
1) Remove the Domain / Domain Search fields and see if the VA will deploy with only the IP settings.
2) Remove the IP settings in the DNS fields.
If you are still unable to deploy the VA with only the IP/Subnet/Gateway listed in the wizard, than the network that you are specifying for the VA's NIC does not contain the range that you have specified for the static IP.
