This article describes what you can do if the copy Exchange 2007, 2010, or 2013 DLLs wizard will not complete and you cannot use the Get Files action when you are restoring a mailbox using Mailbox Restore with existing Exchange backups.
To resolve this issue, you will need to copy the ese.dll and exchmem.dll files manually from the Exchange server to the Mailbox Restore directory.
