As improvements have been made with each subsequent DR firmware version and corresponding RDA plugin, please upgrade the firmware version of the DR device to match the version of the RDA plugin.
Once the DR's firmware version has been upgraded, then NetVault should be able to see the RDA container as Online and write its backup jobs to the RDA target.
If the container remains offline the remove the container and re-add it.
