SQL restoration to an alternate server failing error "CREATE DATABASE permission denied in database 'master'" (4035397)

The user account specified in the plugin options do not have the necessary permissions on the SQL Server to create database.

The user account specified in the plugin options need to be assigned with the dbcreator role. To add dbcreator role to an existing account, follow the steps below.

In SQL Management Studio

• Open the Security folder, then open the Logins folder and select the user account under which you want to create the database.
• Open the account's Properties, select the Server Roles tab and then select the dbcreator checkbox (sysadmin works even better).
