When attempting a task you see the following message:
No action was taken because there was no task created. The most likely cause of this issue is due to changes in the VirtualCenter Infrastructure (i.e., removing and re-adding an inventory item from the VirtualCenter or Host will cause ID mismatches). Please refresh inventory and re-create the job.
The VMs were removed and then added back to VirtualCenter.
1. Refresh the vRanger inventory.
2. Highlight the VM in question, is the job showing in the viewing window?
Yes - Proceed to step 6
No - Proceed with the rest of the steps
3. From my jobs view highlight the job in question and take a screenshot of the options set in the job.
4. Disable the old job
5. Create new backup job using the same options as previous job.
6. Run the job to test.
