Description
When backing up a VM, backup fails with Error: 2472 - FATAL phys_cant_open_read_detail PHYS can't open /tmp/9d25bb17342a0acee4f758d5c2d0cccd446078113b12e2be8c6a6afc17639749-abbt.vztemp for reading (No such file or directory) [at io_zize:181]
Cause
This indicates a CBT/ABM error. In this case, the customer was not using CBT, but did have ABM fully enabled for the backup job.
Resolution
Disable ABM in the backup job
Alternately, disabling one or both of the Windows page file or the Windows hibernation file settings resolves the issue as well, so that you may still use ABM.
