You might receive email alerts from the License Portal every hour stating that an agent server has been added to the Core, even though the agent server already exists.
You can resolve this issue in one of the two following ways.
You can send an email to License and Upgrade Requests <license@quest.com> with your name and organization to request that your License Portal account be checked for any inconsistencies that could cause these alerts to be sent every hour.
You can also apply a workaround to stop the alerts altogether by completing the following steps:
