License Portal Sends Email Alerts About Added Agent Every Hour
Description
The License Portal sends periodical e-mail notifications.
Resolution
You can resolve this issue in one of the two following ways.
Please send an email to License and Upgrade Requests <license@quest.com> with your name and organization to request that your License Portal account be checked for any inconsistencies that could cause these alerts to be sent every hour.
Apply a workaround to stop the alerts altogether by completing the following steps:
