Installing vRanger Catalog Service fails with "The database server cannot be reached"
Description

When installing the vRanger Catalog Service the following error is observed:
"The database server cannot be reached"
Cause

The incorrect vRanger SQL instance is being specified in the DataBase Server field.
Resolution

Please ensure the same instance as the vRanger DB is specified in the DataBase Server field.
