vRanger will not accept a manifest path if the savepoint resides in the root of the share.

For Example the following path will not be accepted:

\\10.6.7.156\D$\DBSIvlanTester_20130401_090355_F.Manifest.metadata

\\10.6.7.156\restoreSP\DBSIvlanTester_20130401_090355_F.Manifest.metadata
Resolution

Create a folder within the share.

Move the savepoint files within the share and resume the restore from manifest.

For Example:

\\10.6.7.156\D$\level1\DBSIvlanTester_20130401_090355_F.Manifest.metadata

\\10.6.7.156\restoreSP\level1\DBSIvlanTester_20130401_090355_F.Manifest.metadata

Note: This does not affect savepoint files that are in their original location or standard restores from the savepoint grid.
