Moved vRanger database to a new SQL server and get Cannot coonect to service error
Description

After moving the vRanger database to a new, remote SQL server, you get the error "Cannot connect to service" when attempting to launch the vRanger GUI.
Cause

The vRanger services are set to run using a local administrator account which does not have log in rights to the remote database server.
Resolution

Change the user running the vRanger services to one that has rights on the remote SQL database server, and restart the services.
