Scenario :1 - Check the selected item in the data copy and make a note of the saveset number. Go to the restore window and make sure that saveset exists. If it is not there, try locating the tapes where the original job (and index) was written to and scan them. Try running the data copy job again.
Scenario 2. It is possible that the user have set a data copy job duplicating "backups" instead of "backup sets". The user have also selected the options to automatically select the last full backup. This option works only when using data copying a "backup set" and not a "backup".
