Using Netvault alone, If one mailbox is to be recovered, the entire mailbox database will need to be restored and follow the steps below depending on the version of exchange.

Cause
Plug-in for Exchange offers granular control that allows users to restore complete Information Stores, individual Storage Groups, or individual databases, not mailboxes.

There is another product that does recover individual mailboxes: Quest Recovery Manager for Exchange
