Uninstalling vRanger Physical Client leaves some files behind -
Description
When uninstalling the vRanger Physical Client, the files below will not be removed from the physical client installation directory (C:\Program Files\Quest Software\vRangerPhysicalClient by default).
1. A numerically designated directory containing the vRanger tools, e.g. 201020823162
2. Serviceconfig.txt
3. vRangerPhysicalClient.log -
Cause
This is a product defect. Waiting for fix in a future release of vRanger. -
Resolution
Workaround:
You may remove these files manually. -
