CUSTOM.PLD Compile Fails with PDE-PLI018 Error (38721)

While installing the Oracle E-Business components in the Performance Analysis Oracle using
f60gen module_type=LIBRARY module=CUSTOM script=YES userid=<name/password>

Received the error :
PDE-PLI018 Could not find library CUSTOM Segmentation Fault

This is likely to be a 3rd party issue. To isolate the cause:

1. Verify that the compilation of QSCUST module work properly.

2. Recompile the original version of CUSTOM module in the same way ( before the changes required by Performance Analysis installation)
If the compilation of the original module fails, please verify with Oracle Support. to check the cause of the failure. This is because before the original version must be compilable in order that Oracle E-Business components in Performance Analysis can be installed.

Since this is likely to be an Oracle generic problem, please contact Oracle support about compiling the custom.pld file
