Title

Can the long term repository data be viewed for an instance even though the instance is down?
Description

Needing to view data for an instance in the repository and the agent for this instance is currently down, is this possible?
Resolution

This is not possible with our product. We need the agent up and running so that the data can viewed within the Performance Analysis GUI.
