When clicking on the Performance Advisories or Best Practice tab, the user gets a blank screen with only the following error message:
"An error occurred while processing advisories."
Use a different Oracle home, preferably the version greater than or equal to the database being monitored.
Remove the NLS_LANG system variable from My computer | Properties | Advanced | Environment Variables | System variables
There is a problem in the repository database. Generate the Performance Analysis for Oracle Support Bundle and send to Quest Support. To generate the support bundle:
