When using the OU filter in the Mailbox Inventory report it returns "No Data".
If you select just the OU from the dropdown box and not the container/OU you will not get any results from your query.
Example of an invalid filter: Head office users
Example of a valid filter: mycomany.com/head office users
You must specify the container and organizational unit to filter this report on.
1. Click on the ellipsis next to the Container/Organizational Unit box
2. Select the container and organizational unit that you want to filter on
3. Click apply filters
