Unable to change values for the Pyramid level within the administration area of the Performance Analysis GUI.
There is a known bug with this that is causing this problem which will be fixed in a future release. Please see the workaround attached to this solution.
The issue is fixed in PA version 6.5.413. Please upgrade to this version.
If you are not able to upgrade to version 6.5.413 use the following workaround.
Manually updating time pyramid for a specific instance stored in the repository schema.
1. To find out what is the current time pyramid, run the following sql on the repository schema (Replace HOST with the monitored host and INSTANCE with the monitored instance name, as appeared in QUEST_INSTANCE_DIM table, case sensitive):
