Description
Accounts are being created successfully in the target domain by QMM using either migration sessions or directory synchronization. However, these accounts are not getting mail-enabled by the sync. The following error may appear in the DSA.log file: "Common AcAdSwitches LDAP error 0x32. Insufficient Rights (00002098: SecErr: DSID-03150646, problem 4003 (INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS), data 0" The permissions in the target domain have been checked and are correct. Why are the accounts not mail enabling?
