When accessing delegate mailbox using Microsoft Outlook the archived messages from delegate mailbox cannot be automatically reconstructed with the Outlook Form
Archive Manager does not support seamless access to stripped messages in delegate mailbox.
WORKAROUND:
1. Grant additional login to the user mailbox using Archive Manager Web page | Administration | Mailbox.
2. Add "Enable Delegate View Message" option to "Archive Manager Configuration Editor".
a. Run "Archive Manager Configuration Editor" from START | Programs | Archive Manager or navigate to the executable file from: "
b. Select "General Items" tab and click on "Add Item" option.
c. In "Create a new property" window, type: Enable Delegate View Message
d. Click OK to add new entry to the configuration
e. Set the value to 1
f. Save the changes made and close the Configuration Editor.
3. Restart the Archive Manager Server to apply new configuration.
Additional Settings:
To view archived messages in shared mailboxes or public folders, enable the following settings in Outlook:
Microsoft Outlook 2003:
1. On the "Tools" menu, click "Options..."
2. From the "Other" tab, click "Advanced Options..."
3. Check the "Allow script in shared folders" box and "Allow script in Public Folders".
Microsoft Outlook 2007:
1. On the "Tools" menu, click "Trust Center".
2. In the Navigation Pane, click "E-mail Security".
3. Check the "Allow script in shared folders" and the "Allow script in Public Folders" options located under "Script in Folders".
Microsoft Outlook 2010:
1. On the "File" menu, click "Options"
2. Click "Trust Center | Trust Center Settings".
2. In the Left Pane, click "E-mail Security".
3. Check the "Allow script in shared folders" and the "Allow script in Public Folders" options located under "Script in Folders".
Microsoft Outlook 2013:
1. On the "File" menu, click "Options"
2. Click "Trust Center | Trust Center Settings".
2. In the Left Pane, click "E-mail Security".
3. Check the "Allow script in shared folders" and the "Allow script in Public Folders" options located under "Script in Folders".
Note: this can be set via the registry or a group policy as follows:

The registry path needs to be changed according to the version of outlook that is installed, e.g 16.0 = 2016, 15.0 = 2013 etc.
Group Policy:
If applying via a group policy the Office Administrative Template files (ADMX/ADML) for the version of Outlook needs to be installed. For example for Outlook 2010 the policy is as follows:
User Config > Policies > Admin Templates > MS Outlook 2010 > Outlook Options > Other > Advanced
