Mailbox has been synchronized and switched, Outlook profile has been updated using EMWProf and now Blackberry does not work anymore. Does Quest Migration Manager (QMM) support the migration of Blackberry devices?
QMM (Quest Migration Manager) does not offer a solution to migrate or re-configure Blackberry devices out of the box. Since BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server) remains in the source, it cannot be used for another organization. A new BES has to be installed in the target environment and the software on users Desktop has to be reconfigured.
