We had gotten an error message in the web console UI. We have dealt with the problem that caused the error message but the message still appears. How do we clear those old messages?
For example, The following message is on the server performance report screen:
"Critical: on Thu Aug 31 06:53:55 failed error uploading file Error running backup package."
another example, on the 'Help' | 'Update' screen:
"foglight install failed"
1. Go to the Console Program and exit back to the linux shell as root (6,z,shell)
2. rm -f /tmp/ecritinstallerr
3. run the command:
ecprocctrl -c restart -p statmon
