Title
After upgrade to 12.1 from version 11.7.1 and prior, the Workload Analysis and Wait Events drilldowns don't show data prior to time of upgrade. -
Description
Spotlight was upgraded to 12.1. Shortly after, Workload Analysis or Wait Events screens were opened.The ‘Show data for’ time filter is used to go back to a time frame prior to the upgrade. The drilldown will not show any data. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Adjust time range to include only post upgrade data. Contact support for available patch.STATUS:
