Error when downloading an attachment with an ampersand in the title -
Description
When an attachment with an ampersand (&) in the title is uploaded to the Service Desk | Knowledge Base in the SMA (KACE Systems Management Appliance), it is not possible to download the attachment from the Administrator Console, as an error is received. The error will be similar to the following (the title of the document will vary per environment):
- Oops! File not found. The requested URL /packages/kb_attachments/1/This%20is%20a%20test%20file&.docx was not found on this server.
