Alerts and Audit Reports show the Domain Name instead of the User name
Description
Alerts and reports for different events show the domain name instead of the user name of the account that the action occurred on. For example, lock outs show the domain name instead of the name of the user account that was locked.
Resolution
Upgrade to the latest release of Active Administrator and apply the latest Update:
