NullPointerExceptions from the Host Agents -
Description
The host agent fails to collect data from the destination server with the NullPointerException. Below errors could be seen in the agent logs.

Cause
In this case the server in contention was missing the "PageFileBytes" property from the win32_perfrawdata_perfproc_process wmi class which caused the NullPointerExceptions during the data collection. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
None.
The issue of missing property from the win32_perfrawdata_perfproc_process wmi class has to be addressed by the Microsoft Support team.
STATUS
Enhancement request number IC-3940 has added to the 5.9.5 and higher releases of the Infrastructure cartridge.

Additional Information
Although the missing property has to be looked upon by the MS Support, Foglight team has raised an ER where the agent would bypass the missing properties like above in case there are any and continue with the normal collection.
