In the FMS web UI (on the 'End User Overview' screen), Foglight Transaction Recorder (FTR) is not breaking out the overall 'Response Time' breakdown into all of it's different comprising time elements, as discussed in this knowledge article:
'Initial Response Time' and 'Network Time' and are all reporting zeros. Only 'Client Processing Time' is non-zero, and it is equal to the 'Response Time'. We don't have the granularity on how much of the total time each different individual type of time is contributing.
Note: This is not the issue discussed in either of the two knowledge articles below. This problem is happening even for plain http traffic, not just https/SSL traffic. And we are not using FTR-a/Citratest, just plain FTR.
