Install or upgrade fails during the SQL portion (4219724)

Installing or upgrading fails and an error similar to the following is logged in the event log:

"Cannot create file <PathToSQLDBFiles>\RecoveryManager-Reporting-<RMADServerName>.mdf because it already exists. Change the file path or the file name, and retry the operation.

1. Check the existing database to determine who has been granted db_owner rights to it
2. Backup the RecoveryManager-Reporting-<RMADServerName> database
3. Delete the DB and the corresponding mdf and ldf files from the SQL data path
4. Retry the install or upgrade
5. Once installed, re-permission any users or groups noted in step 1

Note: The comparison database does not hold any historical data and is only used when running the Online Restore Wizard to create a comparison report. It can be safely deleted and recreated.
