Process Status | Description |
0 | Queued |
1 | Running |
2 | Suspended |
3 | Success |
4 | Failed |
5 | Skipped |
Here is an example how the filter can be set:
SQL:
--Status Code 0 = Queued & Status Code 1 = Running
.Size/1024/1024 As Size, MTE.Name AS'Post Process Name', PPS.StatusCode, PPS.LastUpdate
FROM PstFileEntry FE
JOIN UserEntry UE ON FE.OwnerEntryIdOverride=UE.UserEntryId
JOIN PstFileUploadPostProcessStatus PPS ON FE.PstFileEntryId=PPS.PstFileEntryId
JOIN ModuleTypeEntry MTE ON PPS.ModuleTypeEntryId=MTE.ModuleTypeEntryId
WHERE PPS.StatusCode IN (0,1) AND MTE.ModuleTypeEntryId=(SELECT TOP 1 ModuleTypeEntryId
FROM PstFileUploadPostProcessSetting
WHERE IsEnabled=1
ORDER BY ProcessOrder)
ORDER BY MTE.Name, PPS.LastUpdate
If you don't get any result feel free to stop the service.
MMPSTEE Admin Console:
Go to Manage -> Files - right click on the grid header and select "Filter Editor...". You need to adapt the filter. Use only the filter on the column "Process Status". Select the statuses "0" (Queued) and "1" (Running) in this case. Here is an example how the filter can be set:
SQL:
SELECT UE.sAMAccountName, FE.PstFileEntryId, FE.[FileName], FE.[Path], FE.MigrationStatus, FE.Size/1024/1024 As Size,
(SELECT TOP 1 MTE.Name
FROM PstFileUploadPostProcessStatus PSS
JOIN ModuleTypeEntry MTE ON PSS.ModuleTypeEntryId=MTE.ModuleTypeEntryId
WHERE PSS.PstFileEntryId=FE.PstFileEntryId
ORDER BY PSS.LastUpdate DESC
)AS'Post Process Name',
(SELECT TOP 1 PSS.StatusCode
FROM PstFileUploadPostProcessStatus PSS
WHERE PSS.PstFileEntryId=FE.PstFileEntryId
ORDER BY PSS.LastUpdate DESC
)AS'StatusCode',
(SELECT TOP 1 PSS.LastUpdate
FROM PstFileUploadPostProcessStatus PSS
WHERE PSS.PstFileEntryId=FE.PstFileEntryId
ORDER BY PSS.LastUpdate DESC
)AS'LastUpdate'
FROM PstFileEntry FE
JOIN UserEntry UE ON FE.OwnerEntryIdOverride=UE.UserEntryId
WHERE (SELECT TOP 1 PSS.StatusCode
FROM PstFileUploadPostProcessStatus PSS
WHERE PSS.PstFileEntryId=FE.PstFileEntryId
ORDER BY PSS.LastUpdate DESC
