In a Multi-Coordinator environment, what logic does the Change Audit Agent use to determine to which Change Auditor Coordinator(s) it will connect?
In order to view the connected Change Auditor Coordinators for an agent, go to the following location in the Change Auditor Client and view the "Coordinator" column: View | Statistics | Agent
Change Auditor 6.x and 7.0 agents will prefer available coordinators within the same site, but if none are found, all available coordinators within the same installation will be considered. If one or more (depending on agent type) non-site coordinators are connected, and one or more coordinators are later discovered within the agent site, the agents will connect to the site-located coordinator(s) and drop non-site coordinator connection(s).
If the agent server is not in a site (or the site cannot be determined), then the Change Auditor agent will connect to all available Coordinators in the installation.
