Description

Group Provsioning action using Migrator for Notes to Exchange (MNE) fails with:
"Active Directory error 000004DC: LDAP Provider: 000004DC: LdapErr: DSID-0C0906E8, comment: In order to perform this operation a successful bind must be completed on the connection., data 0, v1db1"
Cause

MNE is not domain joined. User logged in to the MNE server does not have access to the Active Directory environment
Part of the Group Provisioning process in MNE requires that the user that is logged in has necessary permissions in Active Directory.
Resolution

User that is logged in must be a Domain user account with full access to the target OU.
