Attempting to search a Knowledge Base article from the User Console Home page (tab) results in no response. When placing a keyword in the search box and hitting enter, the browser does not appear to respond at all and does not locate articles that use the searched keyword.
Instead of searching for the article from the Knowledge Base widget on the Home page, it is possible to use the global search from the Knowledge Base page (tab) instead.
To use the global search from the Knowledge Base:
