After installing the Change Auditor agents on Exchange 2010 servers, the ECP IIS process continually hangs. ECP hangs whether using a Direct connection or redirection through OWA.
If the server is rebooted, ECP will work for a while but then will hang. Stopping the Change Auditor agent and a restart of AppLocation ECP Pool in IIS will allow it to work.
Resolution: This is a known issue (TFS666778) and will be addressed in a future release of Change Auditor.
