Unable to change Credentials for Agentless Protection
During routine password policy enforcement, the password for the account used to add the ESXi/vCenter container to the Rapid Recovery interface will need to be changed. Once changed, the agentless protected VMs begin to go offline and all backups stop.
Invalid credentials prevent the protected VMs from getting online and a product defect does not allow new credentials to be set.
Please contact support to receive a patch that will provide the option to set credentials for the ESXi/vCenter protected container.
