Cannot collect the specified event log. A device attached to the system is not functioning. (Win32 error:31) -
Cause
The event log identifies in the sessions details is full and cannot accept new events to be gathered. -
Resolution
To restore the functionality of the event log, check the properties and size of the event log on the specified server.
Change the parameter 'Do not overwrite events (Clear logs manually) to Overwrite events as needed (oldest events first).
