When enabling SQL Performance Investigator (PI), the wizard is showing that there is insufficient resources for RAM. The logs also shows the following:
ERROR [http-exec-15904] script.system:oracle_installer_apis_spi.enableSPI - CPU:Required:1 Core:Available:40 Cores:Status:true;RAM:Required:4.0 GB:Available:2.5 GB:Status:false;DISK:Required:10.0 GB:Available:35.2 GB:Status:true
However, there is more than enough available RAM memory on the host. It appears that SQL PI is detecting the available RAM incorrectly.
When performing the installation via the web browser wizard, select the "Proceed with the installation and increase resources later" check box and complete the installation.
If using the command line interface (CLI), setup the command to exclude the PI component first. Once completed, enable SQL PI manually via the database global view dashboard by select all the databases you want to enable and complete the PI wizard.
Issue fixed in version 220.127.116.11. The latest version of Foglight for Oracle cartridge can be downloaded here.
