A scheduled Task may be deployed by running SchTasks.exe using a User profile, Application Launcher element.
SchTasks.exe enables an administrator to create, delete, query, change, run, and end scheduled tasks on a local or remote computer.
Running Schtasks.exe without arguments displays the status and next run time for each registered task.

The settings in the Application Launcher element should be set as shown below.
The 'File name including path' field should only have in it 'SchTasks.exe' .
The 'Arguments' field should have any additional arguments in it.
The 'Run as administrator' check box should be checked.
