Description
When attempting to install the Rapid Recovery agent on a Linux machine, you may see that the agent fails to install with the following error message:
Error: Package: rapidrecovery-agent-6.0.2-144.x86_64 (rapidrecovery)
Requires: xfsprogs

Resolution
Remove all other instances of rapidrecovery-agent and rapidrecovery-mono if they exist but leave the rapidrecovery-repo package installed.
CentOS/Rhel:
1. yum remove rapidrecovery-agent rapidrecovery-mono
2. yum install rapidrecovery-agent-6.0.2.144-rhel6-x86_32-noxfsprogs.rpm
SLES:
1. zypper remove rapidrecovery-agent rapidrecovery-mono
2. zypper install rapidrecovery-agent-6.0.2.144-sles12-x86_64-noxfsprogs.rpm
Installers:
CentOS/Rhel 6
CentOS/Rhel 7
SLES 11
SLES 12

Additional Information
The easiest method to download the above files is to use 'wget' or 'curl'. If you plan to download the files to a Windows machine and then use FTP to transfer the files to your Linux machine, make sure you are using Binary mode and not ASCII mode. Using ASCII mode will potentially cause issues with the RPM file.
