To solve the issue download the full agent installer from the portal ( https://rapidrecovery.licenseportal.com ) and perform a manual installation.
It is recommended to copy the installer locally on each machine you desire to perform the installation.
If you have to deploy the agent on numerous agents and doing a manual installation would be too labor intensive, navigate to
C:\Program Files\AppRecovery\Core\Installers
on the core server, rename the Agent-Web.exe file to Agent-Web.exe.tmp copy the full installer file (i.e. Agent-X64-6.0.1.609.exe) in the same location and rename it to Agent-Web.exe.
Try a new push install. The push install should work now.
If the version of the agent software you need is not available on the portal, please contact the support team to obtain it.
