This article list the steps to resolve the issue for those that use Safari.
Please refer to the below screenshots to resolve this issue:
1. In Safari, go to Security:
2. Click Preferences | Security | Plug in Settings:
3. Be sure to run this in “unSafe mode”
After making these changes to Safari, users should be able to access WebEx sessions.
