ESXi / vCenter Host Consumes a License on the License Portal in the case of ESXi or Hyper-V Agentless Protection (4040578)

When enabling Agentless protection, a license is consumed within the License Portal because the virtual host is viewed as a protected machine.  This can be reproduced with the following steps: 

1. Launch Protect Multiple Machines Wizard
2. At Connection step select vCenter/ESXi and enter valid ESXi host credentials with enabled check box 'Protect selected VMs Agentlessly’
3. Select virtual machine(s) and finish protection.
4. Go to the License Portal and check to see if the ESXi server consumes a license.

The host should not be shown on the license portal because in agentless protection host server is just a virtual entity, therefore it should not be recognized either like physical or virtual agent.
