Database dashboard showing n/a for Disk I/O metric. The alarm generates the following message:
Usability Connection Availability. The connection to the instance failed. For security reasons, the user account "MyDomain\MyUser" is locked by the agent due to invalid login credentials. Please use the support module to unlock it.
Module: "MSSQLRepositoryPool-<instance>" Message : "Login failed for user 'MyDomain\MyUser'.".
The agent that was firing the alert was not for the same instance listed in the alarm message.
