How to run multiple instances of Toad, avoiding conflict with the User settings files
Although it is possible to run multiple Toad instances from the Windows Programs list, these instances will not have separate App Data folders (where local user data and files are stored), and there is no Windows mechanism for specifying an alternate location for these files. "File in use" or similar errors may occur if work performed in one instance conflicts with work performed in the other instance. How do you run multiple instances of Toad, avoiding conflict with User settings files?
