All fonts are not available for the Outlook Signature in the Outlook Settings element. -
Cause
The thirteen fonts that are listed are the common defaults on every server OS as a minimum.Those are the only fonts available in the Application console.This is normal and expected behavior. -
Resolution
Select and use any of the available fonts.However, you may be able to use additional fonts by editing the HTML code directly.The Outlook signature HTML code is available via a tool located on the lower toolbar that resides directly to the right of the Print tool icon.The tool looks like a piece of paper with two red arrows (less than and greater than symbols) facing outwards.
