Collecting the log files for Linux Service Requests. This utility will work for both AppAssure And Rapid Recovery Products.
The following utility is made up of two parts:
llcu.sh (Linux Log Collection Utility):
The main collection utility. Grabs product specific information and some environmental information such as memory, hard disk size, CPU speed, OS and virtualization in use if any.
web-llcu.sh (Web-Linux Log Collection Utility):
You should always use this script when possible as it downloads the latest version of the llcu utility to the /tmp directory and if available, adds it to the /opt/appassure/scripts or /opt/apprecovery/scripts directory. If not then it executes the downloaded llcu version from /tmp.
