When you click on the FTP or HTTP link from http://support.quest.com/ nothing happens.
A possible cause might be a firewall setting preventing access to download.
1. Check the firewall settings (or have your IT Dept do it) to allow access to the download site.
2. Use other web browsers such as Firefox or Chrome to perform the download.
3. Clear your web browser's Temporary Internet Files and Cache.
